Siltronix is a silicon manufacturer with long and extensive experience in the Silicon industry. Our plant, a 20.000 sq ft facility with class 100 clean room, is located in the South-East of France between the high-tech centers of Grenoble and Geneva.

Our size and our highly specialized know-how give us maximum flexibility and reaction capability. We can produce large batches for the industry as well as customised small batches for R&D and laboratories. We control all the stages of the manufacturing process from crystal pulling to wafer finishing. Wafers are manufactured according to your specifications: diameter, type, doping, orientation, resistivity, thickness, surface, etc.

The SYNCHROTRONIX team has 15 years experience in the design and manufacture of optical parts for synchrotrons.

As a full subsidiary of SILTRONIX, we combine extensive know-how in material control with recognised expertise in custom manufacturing of silicon and germanium technical parts for synchrotrons, instrumentation, optics...

SILSEF is a start-up established in January, 2010 by Daniel Turover in partnership with silicon manufacturer Siltronix. We develop advanced materials by surface (nano) structuring and functionalization.

There are many appliquations for the modified surfaces of silicon and polymers, glass, thin films, ranging from microelectronics, biotechnologies, luxury goods to cleantechs (LED, solar cells...).
Test materials are available and we plan to start industrial manufacturing soon.
