SILTRONIX was founded by Bruno Meier.
Production capacity : 1" and 2" wafers. |

We started production of wafers up to 4". |
| 1989 |
We started production of wafers up to 6". |
| 2000 |
SILTRONIX moved to a new 1,550 m2 (17,000 sq ft) plant to offer a wider range of services. |
| 2003 |
French partners joined the company. The legal status was changed into S.A.S. |
